About Me
Hi, I’m Sue, owner of Your Oasis Designs, Decorating, Styling and Decluttering services.
My passion is to help you recreate any area of your home into your unique style. Creating a space that reflects what you love, within your budget and showcasing what you own wherever possible.
I specialise in apartments and smaller Airbnb’s, where I love to recreate a unique holiday feel. One where your customers will look twice and stay again and again. One where the thoughtful and practical touches make it a pleasure to stay.

Brief
Janelle became a client after I asked to borrow a pen and she gave me a very pretty, floral one that did not work. She said she could not throw it out because it was so pretty! I mentioned she was the perfect candidate for my decluttering services, to which she replied:
“You don’t want to see my bathroom cupboards”..
When I saw her bathroom, I couldn’t help myself and suggest some changes, seeing the potential to enhance it. She loved the ideas. She always wanted her spare bathroom to be lovely for guests but thought she didn’t have enough space for everything. So, what started as a bathroom cupboard declutter project, grew into a restyle and new look for the guest bathroom.

Major decluttering of all goodies!
An open shelving unit with drawers served to provide a home for the remaining items and a space where a vignette could be created. New décor items and towels brought a refreshing, stylish, hotel feel.

$350: A detailed plan created for you to implement
Inclusions (per room):
- In-Home Consultation plus
- Gather Information specific to your unique style
- Research all design elements inc. colours, furniture and decor within your price point
- List of suggested items to be kept or removed
- Design layout of rooms and furniture placement.
- Mood Board for you to visualize the transformation.
Your Oasis Gold
$500: All work done for you, to simply enjoy.
Inclusions (per room):
- Your Oasis Aqua plus
- Review of designs and adjustments as needed.
- Facilitation of purchases, delivery and schedules.
- Initial liaison with tradesmen for any assembly,
installation and/or trades work.
- Styling of all items - the last but essential step.
I offer a free 45 minute consultation.
To discuss the transformation you want to achieve and answer any decorating and styling questions. You may just want advice on a new lounge to suit your style, furniture layout to maximise the space or how to refresh your front door or outdoor areas.

Additional advice: $75 per hour.

Your Oasis De-Clutter
Making your home and your cupboards Your Oasis.
Free up your time, energy and space to pursue your passions,

Inclusions:
- In-Home Consultation.
- Preparation of area, light cleaning.
- De-cluttering (done initially with client).
- Organisation of items.
- Maintenance strategies.
I specialise in pantries, linen and bathroom cupboards, wardrobes and office areas.
Containers: supplied at cost, in addition to de-cluttering service. Containers are
budget priced, tailored to your style, washable and stackable. Labels: supplied free of charge. They can be personalised and are interchangable. 10% off for 2 or more areas.
Oasis Monthly Maintenance: $185 per month (3 hours)
When de-cluttering those bathroom cupboards and organising your
pantry or wardrobe is not a priority for you right now,
let Oasis De-clutter get it done!
Your Oasis Presentation
Making your home their new home. Making the whole
process easier for you - if you are selling or renting.
$350
Inclusions:
- In-Home Consultation.
- Action plan of the recommended furniture layout to maximise your space.
- Decorating and styling suggestions to highlight your homes best features.
- Presentation Guide to maximise your homes indoor and outdoor presentation.
Additional Services: Styling $150
- Professional photography (additional charge)
We fit out rental apartments or Airbnb’s for you from scratch.
Not sure where to start? Which couch fits the space? Prints or artwork?
Durable towels? We save you the search and the legwork.
Additional Information: Additional advice / reviews @ $75 per hour.
Payment of 50% is required before commencement, final payment upon completion.
Any delivery fees and / or work done by tradesman to be invoiced directly.
Professional photography of your new Oasis can be arranged for an additional charge.
